San Diego native, has over 15 years of experience in sourcing, underwriting, acquiring, managing, and developing a wide range of domestic and international real estate projects including residential for-rent and for-sale, mixed-use, hospitality and resort, retail, assisted living, and non-performing loans collateralized by such properties.
Scott most recently spent over 10 years at a $4 Billion private San Diego-based real estate investment and development company, where he was personally responsible for over 40 transactions totaling $200+ Million in equity investments throughout California and the western U.S. Scott was intimately involved in the acquisition, repositioning and development of hundreds of residential units with highly profitable returns spanning multiple exit strategies.
Scott earned a BA from the University of California Berkeley, and he also holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from the University of California San Diego.
Southern California native, has overseen and directed the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence and closing of multiple property types nationwide. Throughout his career, Matt has held roles in all aspects of the investment cycle, including stabilized acquisitions, land acquisition, development, portfolio and asset management, and banking.
Matt most recently spent 4 years as an acquisitions director at the same $4 Billion company as Scott, where he focused his acquisition efforts in multifamily, student housing, mobile home & RV parks, and land assets.
Previously, Matt worked in a development and asset management role for one of the largest multifamily investment, development, and management firms in the US. Prior to that, Matt underwrote and funded in excess of $150 Million in ground-up construction loans for a public mortgage REIT.
Outdoor enthusiast and Southern California native, currently lives in La Jolla, California and oversees a family office as a Portfolio Manager. His main duties are sourcing real estate investments, analyzing alternative investment opportunities, risk management, and contributes to the overall portfolio strategy and objectives.
Kevin most recently spent 2 years as a financial analyst at a privately held, real estate investment firm (Pacifica Companies) that was $4 Billion in size. He focused his efforts on the core financing team to secure debt, acquire, develop, reposition, and refinance all asset classes within the portfolio. During his time there, he was responsible for sourcing $250 million in debt from financial institutions, lenders, and life insurance companies.
As a student in college, Kevin also launched a product that was crowdsourced and eventually brought to market. He is an entrepreneur at heart and has taken this mentality to portfolio management.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (Suma Cum Laude) with a concentration in International Business and Finance at the University of San Diego.
